Carriage Tours
The "shared" carriage tour is of the French Quarter and takes ½ hour. Tour prices are based on amount of time for all tours selected. Additional tour destinations (each ½ hour minimum) are also available, including:

St. Louis Cemetery #1 — additional ½ hour - Mon. to Sat. 10am to 3pm; Sun. 10am to Noon.
Faubourg Marigny — additional ½ hour, available both day and night
History of Jazz/Treme — additional ½ hour, available during daylight hours.
Ghost Mystery — additional ½ hour, available at night only.
Garden District tours — requires additional 1½ hours, available during daylight hours.

Additional destinations should be listed in the "special instructions" during checkout.

Once part of the plantation of Bernard Xavier Phillipe de Marigny, this area was subdivided to pay off gambling debts. Many Creoles settled in the first "suburb" of New Orleans. Close proximity to the French Quarter and lower real estate priced led to its rapid growth. Meander through this quiet, seldom-seen neighborhood while viewing classic examples of early New Orleans architecture and history.
